Your account is protected by your personal user ID and password. Also, every time you login in you will see a new visual "picture" key. This is unique for your session, and helps prevent autohacking. However, you can give permission for trusted users to access your system by setting them up as a temporary user and issuing them with their own user ID and password. You would probably set your accountant up as a temporary user so that he/she could access your accounts and help you throughout the year. |
Setting up and cancelling temporary users is done via the "settings" page once you've logged in. This way you keep control of your system. |
