1. Introduction
 
 
1.1 These Terms & Conditions are only available in English. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before completing the Order Form for the use of the Two Oars System.
1.2 The person referred to in paragraph 1 of the Order Form (the "Customer") would like to place an order with Two Oars Limited, (registered in England and Wales, registration number 4825633, VAT No. 832 5620 42) whose registered office is at Marble Arch House, 66-68 Seymour Street, London, W1H 5AF ("Two Oars") for the use of the Two Oars System as described in paragraph 2 of the Order Form (the "TO System ") on the terms and conditions set out in the order form (the "Order Form") and these terms and conditions.
1.3 The Customer accepts that, subject to confirmation by Two Oars of the order set out in the Order Form (as referred to in Clause 2.3 of these Terms and Conditions), a legally binding agreement incorporating the Order Form and these Terms and Conditions (which subject to Clause 8 of these Terms and Conditions, are together referred to as this "Agreement") will be created by clicking on the "join now" button on the Order Form or when the TO System or any of its various modules is used or accessed. Once joined you may review and print the Order Form or Terms and Conditions any time by selecting the 'join' or 'terms' menu options, respectively.
 
1.4 Monthly Fee
1.4.1 The monthly fee payable by the Customer is the total of the fees referred to in paragraph 2 of the Order Form (the "Monthly Fee"). The Customer hereby authorises Two Oars to collect the Monthly Fee and any other amounts owing to Two Oars pursuant to this Agreement as and when it falls due for payment (or at any time after it has fallen due for payment) from the credit/debit card used to place the order set out in the Order Form details of which are, and will be, held by Barclaycard Merchant Services.
 
1.5 The Third Party Systems Required by the Customer
1.5.1 In order to use and access the TO System the Customer will require:
(a) internet access (broadband or dial up connection);
(b) the latest version of your browser (optimum usage of the TO System will be achievable from level 4 compliant browsers e.g. Microsoft IE 4.01 or above);
(c) Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not currently have Adobe Acrobat Reader it can be downloaded free of charge from Adobe click here
