To place an order for the Two Oars System the Customer will need to follow the ordering procedures set out in the Order Form. |

Details of the Two Oars System, the prices payable for the use thereof and the procedures for payment are displayed in the Order Form or elsewhere in this website. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, the price payable for the use of the Two Oars System is the price in force at the date and time of submission of the Order Form. |

Two Oars is entitled to refuse any order placed by the Customer. If the Customer's order is accepted, Two Oars will confirm acceptance to the Customer by online electronic means to the email address for order confirmation set out in paragraph 1 of the Order Form. |
