Two Oars hereby agrees to provide the Services to the Customer on a non-exclusive basis within the Territory during the Term upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained herein. |

In accordance with Clause 11.1.8 it shall be the Customer's responsibility to ensure that it has access to the internet via a leased line having a bandwidth of no less than 56k so as to be able to access the TO System. |
| 8.3 |
|
From time to time Two Oars will provide, or make available, to the Customer services and information for which it will not charge. Two Oars shall be entitled to change, alter or withdraw any such free services or information at any time without liability or notice to the Customer. |
